How to reset project time to 0:0 seconds at Bar 1?

I don't know what I did in my project but somehow my time ruler got offset from my measure ruler.

The time simply remains at 0:0 until the playhead reaches Bar 20 of the project then begins counting up from 0 there.

Can someone please tell me how this happens and how to reset it so the time counts up from 0 seconds beginning at Bar 1 (instead of starting at Bar 20 as shown)?
