unresponsive touch and no network

hello, im just out of warranty. i had two problems here regarding my ip6. first, i had a lack screen issue, unresponsive screen touch. i want to know, is that lcd problem or ic touch problem? secondly, the 'no service' problem. when the no service problem occurred, somehow my screen work functionally and well, when the line is ok, the screen touch began to not work well again. i want to ask, what is my real problem for my ip6? u know what, im typing this notes about an hour too bcoz of unresponsive touch screen

There is no way for any of we users here to diagnose a hardware issue.

There have been folks that swear by "independent repair" services - "My Guy" is an independent and does great work (also Apple Certified Mac Technician)
