Q: App Store not working

Can not connect to App Store!! I have tried everything I can possibly think of and still can not connect. My phone provider even said I've done all the step to restore it. So now I need APPLE TO HELP ME!! HELPP☹

    Thanks for that info and choosing the Apple Support Communities. I know how important being able to connect to the App Store is to you! Based on what you stated, it seems you may be experiencing issues connecting to the App Store. Since this is the same as if you have issues connecting to the iTunes Store, you can use these steps to resolve your issue:


    If you can’t connect to the iTunes Store


    If you narrow this down and the App Store works on a different network but not yours, you may have to see if any firewalls or port filtering could be causing this issue, and here are the ports used by Apple products:


    TCP and UDP ports used by Apple software products
