instagram

I can't use my instagram account on my iphone 6, iOS 9.3.5 but i can use it on my laptop. On my phone, instagram just kept saying 'couldn't refresh the feed'. So i uninstalled it and installed it again but it didn't work. I logged out and in again but it didn't work either. I've turned my phone off and turned it on again but it didn't work either. Even though i created a new account, it didn't work either. I've used same wifi and before it was happened, it had worked well. But suddenly it's happened. I have no idea what's going on and what to do. Even if i use only data, it just keeps saying like that. I don't know what to do.
