I have iphon6 and I purchased it less than 2years from Australia. unfortunately my siri doesn't work without headset. Also I couldn't use my microphone via conversation. It seems doesn't work!!! How can I claim and use the changing program of Apple?

I don't know what you mean by "the changing program of Apple." Apple's limited warranty is only one year; it would be two if you purchased AppleCare. See http://www.apple.com/legal/warranty/products/ios-warranty-rest-of-apac-english.h tml for standard warranty information.
If you want to get it replaced and don't have AppleCare, you can get it replaced for A$448.95: Other iPhone Repairs - Official Apple Support. Note that it must be serviced in Australia as that is where you purchased it.
