Q: Restore deleted SMS using SMS.DB back to iPhone?
I accidentally deleted a SMS conversation with my daughter, and I want to restore it to my iPhone. The goal is not to just read the old messages, but to restore the deleted conversation back onto my iPhone 5S (iOS 9.3.5 ).
I was able to locate and export the SMS.DB, which includes the deleted messages. But I would like to know how to restore this specific thread of conversations back onto my iPhone. Can this be done?
Alternatively, I can also get the messages from my daughter's phone in a *.CSV or *.TXT format. Same thing, though, I want to load them back onto my iPhone.
So - data is available. How do I get it back onto my iPhone? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

No.

You can get the data off your daughter's phone to a TXT file using a computer application such as PhoneView (Mac) or TouchCopy (Mac or Windows). However, there is no way to then put it back on to your phone.
