Q: album in my music cannot play on iOS or tvOS

This issue appears sporadically throughout my library... providing one instance.

Prior to joining Music, I purchased Adam Lambert's album, "The Original High (Deluxe Version)," from the iTunes store. I have confirmed that the files for this album appear in my Music folder in iTunes rather than the Apple Music folder.

This album appears in My Music or Library on all devices, but the tracks on the album cannot be played on any iOS device or my Apple TV running tvOS. The error message is simply, "Item Not Available - The item cannot be played."

On my iPhone running iOS 10.0 (Public Beta), when I tap to view the album tracks, I get a couple of red flashes in the same position where the, "Downloaded," notice would normally appear. Then I cannot cause any controls on the screen to react.

On our iPhone running iOS 9.3.5, the songs will not play, but the Share and Heart icons do function. The ellipsis control does not react.
