I need to find out how many have been listening to my podcast. How can i find out this? Statistics?

Apple don't provide any statistics; the only way to do this is in the form of logging or tracking on the server hosting the media files. Some podcasting services provide this by routing requests for media files through a proxy server, which logs the request then passes it on to the actual media file. Apple provide some comments on the subject here:
