Contact Apple Support (mail-in service may be available) or make a Genius Bar reservation to arrange for them to be checked by Apple and, if eligible, repaired or replaced under warranty:

Sep 8, 2016 5:00 AM in response to Jonathan UKby martinn11292,I think them with my iphone 5s in 2014 :/ but i havent misused them i only used them to lidten to music and yt and i did take quite good care of them and by the way i live in Denmark but coulf it maybe still br possible to get a replacement? Or how much would a new pair cost ?
