Q: Apple Earpods broken on the left side

It's possible that one of the cables is damaged. You should take them to the store where you have bought them or repair store and ask to check them.

EarPods are covered under Apple's One-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, but not against accidental damage or misuse.

Contact Apple Support (mail-in service may be available) or make a Genius Bar reservation to arrange for them to be checked by Apple and, if eligible, repaired or replaced under warranty:
