IPOD 5TH GEN BATTERY LIFE

I purchased this ipod about three or four months ago. I don't have internet connected to it, so it's always on Airplane Mode, Maybe once a week I use WIFI for about twenty minutes. I connect to Bluetooth headphones maybe an hour or two a day four time a week. My battery seems to die very fast, recharging it about every 2 or 3 days. Is there anything I can do to increase the battery life?

I don't play games or anything, I just use it for the music.
