Writing the cd it's written and immediately closed without data
So i really need to dismount the superdrive

That sounds more like a bad USB cord or bad DVD drive to me.
So i really need to dismount the superdrive
If you mean disconnect the internal superdrive...? The only way to do that is to open the iMac and unplug it.
Go to > https://www.ifixit.com/Device/iMac_Intel_21.5%22_EMC_2308 and look at the Optical Drive section.
