Restore & found no options for iPad

I am using iPhone 4s 12.5 GB iOS 9.3.5 & iPad MD545FD/A, 64GB iOS 9.3.5 with same Apple ID

Yesterday, I restored my iPad by clicking "erase all content & setting" without back up & during restore, the only one option I saw on the screen was "Last back up date" (iPhone last back up but no iPad back up option available). After all the process, my iPad looks similar to iPhone. I have many purchased apps & downloaded so many movies on iPad & now I can't see them. I wish to have them back. Please help me to get back my iPad apps like before.

These are user-to-user public forums, you shouldn't post your email address (not on here nor any public forums) - I've asked the hosts to remove it.

Unless you have a backup to restore to you won't be able to get the iPad back to how it was before. Had you backed up the iPad to the cloud or to your computer's iTunes ?

For your apps and films, what you can redownload will show in the Purchased tabs in the iTunes Store and App Store apps. Items no longer in the store, or bought from a different country's store won't show, nor will items that you've hidden from the cloud (Hide and unhide iTunes Store, App Store, or iBooks Store purchases - Apple Support)

Yes, I had backed up my iPad to the cloud.

You should get, and have got, an option to restore to that backup. If you go into Settings > iCloud > Storage > Manage Storage the iPad shows there as having a backup ?
