I am very pleased that Apple Maps transit directions came to my city and I really want to give it a chance, so I stopped using Google Maps and even deleted some local maps and transit apps.
The only problem is that transit directions never show exact departure time telling me instead Leaving soon or Every XX minutes. The only exception is when there are very long intervals between buses, like 30 minutes or 1 hour then it might eventually display the departure time. One workaround I found is to press More Routes - Options choose Arrive by and set time - then there is good chance to see exact times, but this is cumbersome and one must make a good guess of arrival time first.
What is your experience with the transit directions? Maybe someone knows better tricks? Haven't found much about that on the web. Perhaps some changes are coming in iOS10? Thanks!
