Q: i dont know my apple id password and i dont have acces to the e-mail.What to do?

Go to https://getsupport.apple.com . Click' See all products and services', then 'More', then 'Apple ID', then 'Other Apple ID Topics' then 'Lost or forgotten Apple ID password'. If you have any problems with that try this form: https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html

Go to http://appleid.apple.com and click 'Find your Apple ID'.

Go through the 'Find your Apple ID' process then go through the process I outlined above to reset your password.

Go to https://getsupport.apple.com . Click 'Apple ID', then 'Forgot Apple ID security questions'.
