without box and only iphone 6+ and charger. when i received that iphone and i opened the activation is lock
and there is information that this iphone was lost and erased. do you want to help me... please

Only the original owner of the phone can remove activation lock for you. Take a look at the instructions here.

No. Not unless you can provide adequate proof of ownership. Typically, in a case like you describe, that would include the original receipt, death certificate for the original purchaser, and legal documents from the estate of the deceased transferring ownership of the device to you.

Your receipt won't do you any good. You are not the original purchaser of the phone. If that's all you have, then you won't be able to use the phone. Please re-read my post. You need legal documentation transferring ownership from the original owner's estate to you, a death certificate, and a copy of the original receipt.
