Contacts, Calendars, & Notes import exported archives blank.

I've ridded of iCloud due to the fact that it sets my CPU at 400% usage and my fans at 100% full blast 24/7 without actually doing anything that it's supposed to do and that being said, I exported my Contacts, Calendars and Reminders, and Notes which exported successfully but when I import any of them, every application designed to import the archives imports them but then just sits there completely empty.

I've left my computer on overnight after importing all archives into each designated application with no other applications open nor anything running in the background and still absolutely nothing happens other than seeing a window appear showing the import statuses which then disappears as if the archives imported successfully.
