lost my password to ipad can only restore in recovery mode my enternet speed is to slow, takes 26 minutes to download and recovery kicks off at 15 minutes. how can i just download a update then update offline then go back and restore?

There are three options here to restore the iPad.
If one of those doesn't work, your only other options would be to use someone else's computer or take the iPad to an Apple Store and ask for their help. Make an appointment at the Genius Bar first if you decide to ask Apple for help.
i was tryinig to do this before work, they can not do it tell 9 so i will have to wait. send me something so i can give you some points cause you guy are great..
