Q: I was charge several time by itunes for icloud storage and didn't recieve any.
About a month ago i tried to buy more storage for my icloud (i even tried from 2 itunes account) i was charged about 8 times in total but i didn't recieve any extra storage on icloud. I tried to contact apple assitance or online support, and i couldn't find any help. what can i do to get my money back and have the storage i paid for? Is this how apple customer survice work? U take people's money and you give no service at all?
It's unacceptable that i am an apple/itunes/icloud client, and the minute i am having a problem it is like i am dealing with an imaginary company, no one can help me no one can explain, and worst i cannot contact anyone! Even when i went to the istyle store in bucharest they just wouldn't help me.
You might think 2 euros are nothing but when you try 10 times, it is 20 euros, and when millions of apple clients try 10 times each it is alot of money. So is this how you people actually win money?
This needs to be fixed as soon as possible.
