Q: Account locked/cannot reset security questions

So I tried to buy a song on iTunes, it prompted me to enter my password and I did (recently changed it), now it's asking me to answer my security questions, of which I do not remember from 7 years ago (if not longer). So I click the reset security questions button and it brings me to a page that says we don't have enough information for you to reset your questions, but then it doesn't tell me what to do. I work long hours and it's hard for me to contact apple. Anybody have any ideas as to what to do from here?

iPhone SE, iOS 9.3.5
