Share how? Are you using iCloud Photo Libraray, Apple Music, iTunes Match??? Explain what you want to do or where you are stuck.
well, i just cannot have my photos on my ipad and the music too but the contacts i have them on my ipad

Did you sync the music and photos using iTunes? If you need help syncing, look here. Remember that you have to select the content to sync to the device in all of the iTunes panes on your computer.
Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iTunes on your computer using USB - Apple Support
Did you try restoring the ne iPad from the iPhone backup? Even if you restore from a backup, you have to sync the music back to the iPad and if the photos were on your computer, you have to sync those back as well.
