facetime issue in saudi arabia since 5th sept 2016

hi everyone.

im getting facetime issue since last few days in saudi arabia, i have iphone 6 plus with 64 gb

it was working with me from last two years but suddenly its not functioning, i also tried on my macbook pro but the same. one i make a call its connected but not voice and no video appear. even in restore it but the problem is same.

anyone have any idea about this issue. pls share your experience if you got and solved this issue.
