What carrier are you using?
Have you verified that LTE service is provisioned on your account?

Sep 8, 2016 11:36 AM in response to SVSUJIby KiltedTim,No. There is no magic that will make it work. It was not intended for use in your region of the world. The only "solution" is to buy a phone that was intended for use in your country and is compatible with the LTE networks there.
This is a hardware issue, not a software issue. You should not have purchased a phone intended for use in Hong Kong if you didn't want to use it in Hong Kong.
