That phone was sold for use in a different region. Specifically, Hong Kong / Macau. It is not compatible with the LTE bands used in Saudi Arabia.

No. There is no magic that will make it work. It was not intended for use in your region of the world. The only "solution" is to buy a phone that was intended for use in your country and is compatible with the LTE networks there.
