Q: Facetime not using cinema camera when top closed
I am using a MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013) running 10.11.5 with a cinema display. When I am plugged into the cinema display and the top is down (and was down when first connected), facetime will not use the cinema display and there is no option in the menu to "change" camera. It simply says there is no camera. If I open the mac lid, then it will use the cinema camera, and it will give me the option to change cameras. But I don't want to open the mac lid.
This is a facetime bug or something because GChat (hangouts) does not have this problem and uses the cinema display camera automatically if the lid is down.
Not sure if I can fix on my end.
