Conkers Bad Fur Day

Has anyone downloaded the game Bad Fur Day?

I purchased it and can't get it to work. I got a refund

for the game, but I would gladly pay for it again, if

someone can tell me how to control Conkers. I tried to

contact support, and got back an invalid address!

Please help!
