Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you are having issues with the sound from your iPhone. I know how important it is to be sure you are able to hear your phone calls properly with your iPhone. Check out this article that has steps for If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker. Rebooting the phone is a great step and this article will give you some other steps to try and see if you are able to get the issue resolved.
