iPad 2 Wifi + 3G - Incorrect Wifi password

Ipad2 not connecting to wifi, ios 9.3.5.

Already restablished to factory defaults and erased everything. Still not working.

Already reseted router and verified password is correct. My iphones are connecting properly.

What else can I do?
