Hi, I know that this question was asked a year ago, but it is a common question, the answer is in general and through native iOS means, the answer is no: however;

You can download the free app Skyjos FileExplorer, which allows you to make one network connection per device.

You will see a + on the upper right hand corner

Press on that and look for macOS, then down near the bottom you will see your time capsule

Press on that and connect as "registered user", and then you've got access to your time machine in iOS.

There may be other "file explorer" apps that allow you to do this

If you like how the free version works, there is also a paid version and there is also an in app purchase to unlock the free version it's only a couple of dollars, I have found this very useful it's a wonder that iOS has nothing like finder built into it, I find that very inconvenient. Are handed you places are every much as powerful as our Mac workstations, we should have access to the same features on our handed devices

Time machine is exclusive to OS X for Apple Computers and is not developed on iOS for smart devices.

How did you backup your iPhone?

You can back your iPhone up either to iCloud or iTunes on your computer.

So which one of those did you set up to use for the backups of your iPhone?

If you backed up your iPhone to WiFi then the backup should be on iCloud and not Time Machine.
