Q: Windows failed to start, and unable to bring the disk selection menu.

i was browsing the web ln the OS X of my Mac mini that I had boot camped about a month ago with Windows 7. When I was done using OS X. I went to the start up disk in the settings menu and selected the boot camp option. this time unlike before I got an error saying Windows failed to start.

I would like to know if there's a way I can just start up the computer in OS X for now until I can fix the Windows side of tings

Sorry for this sloppy question I'm writing this on my phone. I'm feel rushed, stressed and dont know what to do.

You can use How to Reset NVRAM on your Mac - Apple Support to reset the default OS. You can also reboot your Mac and hold the Alt/Option key to choose the OS every time.

I've tried doing the alt/option key method many times so far and it hasn't worked.
