Emails

Make sure the iOS software on both iPhones is up to date.

Via Wi-Fi. Tap Settings > General > Software Update

Does she receive a non delivery mail notification (an email that says her email bounces back to her)?

Have you checked your spam or junk mail folder?

Can you receive email messages from other users addressed to the same email address?

If you send here an email message and she replies do you receive that one?
