Problems with internet reinstall on an empty, new, 3rd party hard drive.

My hard drive died 4 days ago. And I still can't recover it. Whenever I try a internet recovery - I end up with logging to my AppleId and being redirected to Cypriot store. Second try always results in "Item is currently unavailable. Please try later." I got the laptop some 6 years ago from my company, so I am not sure if it was first installed with some company's Apple ID and I DO NOT HAVE the original disks. How can I finally repair my own laptop that I had for almost 6+ years!

Also, I have to mention that not having Serbia on the list of countries for help support and having Croatia is disrespectful to say the least. First, Serbia is bigger country and thus probably presenting the bigger market and second reason would be that language-wise - these two are almost identical.

Thank you in advance for any help.
