Q: Can I coordinate my iPad, iPhone and MacBook Pro apps for Mail and Calendar with an Android phone over iCloud?

I have these three devices, each with the latest operating system.  Since the iPhone is becoming too expensive because it requires several expensive addons, can I use iCloud on an Android phone to keep track of my appointments and email and texts so on entry appears on the iPad and MacBook pro simultaneously?

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch,Early 2015), OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)

There is one android app that can accept input from Contacts and Calendars (and send input to them as well) it is called Smoothsync for Calendars and Contacts, iMessage is for Apple only but standard texts can be sent/received on all devices, Android or not as can eMail.

To have emails sync across multiple devices, regardless of OS, use  IMAP email accounts. You can use any calendar, google, etc. that syncs across devices.
