Q: Similar to the Safari?

I've found that there are certain URL/sites that don't work with Safari properly (one in particular) and while I really like the Safari browser because of it's setup, I was wondering if there are any browsers out there that are like Safari? So far, I've tried: Chrome, Firefox, Maxthon, Torch and Stainless, but the page setup isn't really what I want. I appreciate your thoughts.  -Kd

The only sites I've found that tend to not work well with Safari are those coded specifically for Internet Exploder. Unfortunately, there's not much you can do about those other than to use IE on Windows.

There are even more than what you listed, but in my opinion, none of them have the clean interface that Safari has.

Safari is very standards complyient, so the issue might be with that particular website. Try contacting the site administrator. The contact info is usually somewhere near the bottom of the page.

You see the site I use to visit was the bing.com/translator site, which translates documents or sentences for me.  It still does that, but when I click on the "speak," button for listening to how the translation sounds, it doesn't work.  The 'speak' button was working just fine up until March of this year.  I don't know if it had to do with something one of the many Apple software updates, that made the Safari not be compatible with the Bing website.  All the other browsers I listed work fine with the bing translator.  Anyway, thank you for your response.  -Kd

Well, like I explained to KiltedTim, the site was working just fine up until March of this year and then I don't know what happened, but it seems to have happened right after I upgraded my OS.  I have sent the bing people a jillion feedback about this issue and I've had maybe a couple of responses, telling me that they'll look into the problem, but nothing so far. Anyway, thank you for your response.  -Kd

Of course, it is about getting the job done, and if the bing translator does not provide functional speech, then use the Google translator that does speak translated text to you in Safari 9.1.3 (OS X 10.11.6 (15G1004).
