BBought album with iPhone. It is on iPhone and iMac but not on iPad. Need to get to iPad .

iPad Air 2 Wi-Fi, iOS 9.3.5

Log into the iTunes Store on your iPad, then download it from the Purchases section, or download it to iTunes on your computer, then sync to iPad.
