Q: I cannot switch on my computer

I'm unable to switch off my computer. It says quit Safari but it doesn't work

A:
  • Force Quit Safari from the Dock.
  • To Force Quit in the Finder press COMMAND-OPTION-ESC. Select Safari from the list and click on the Force Quit button.
  • If above does not work, then press and hold down the Power button until the computer shuts down.
