Safari Glitch

I receive an error message when I try to sign into Outlook.com through Safari. It says my request has been routed too many times and try again later. I have for over a month to no avail. I see the address progress bar flash a bunch of times as it tries to sign me in, instead of only once. I can sign in fine using Opera. How can I fix Safari? I'm using Yosemite 10.10.5 on a 2.8 GHz Intel Core i7 w/8GB 1333 MHz DDR3 and 1TB storage.
