Q: error message 908719.emlx
I tried to delete a large number of emails at one time by digging them to the trash in Apple mail. I get this error message "email name" could not be moved to the mailbox “Trash — Work” “908719.emlx” couldn’t be copied to “Messages” because an item with the same name already exists. How do I clear this error?

Errors in a Mail app can be ominous as there are usually so many items stored in it. I'll be glad to help you locate the culprit and clear this error.
Mail (El Capitan): Rebuild mailboxes -- Instead of having to dig through everything, rebuilding the mailbox will set things up correctly again.
