Q: Titles of songs in iTunes are coming up as numbers

After the 2nd to last update some of the tracks in iTunes come up with numbers for titles. I have an iPhone 6s plus. It doesn't affect my iPad pro at all. Software is up to date. Very  frustrating when creating a playlist, you have no idea what the track is. Spent over an hour with an Apple Support tech on the phone and nothing was resolved. His phone cut out and he didn't call me back. Has anyone encountered and figured out how to fix this problem. Uninstalled/reinstalled iTunes but issue was not solved.

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 9.3.5

    Since the is due doesn't exist in iTunes and on iPad, I would assume the problem is with the iPhone.

     

    Try these standard troubleshooting steps.

    - Reset: hold down the Home and Power buttons until you see the Apple logo (10-15 seconds).

    - Restore your iDevice: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204184

    If your backup is to iTunes, make sure it's encrypted.

     

    The next step would be to Restore as New, but that's a lot more work on your part.
