Q: How to set up photos?

I use a Mac desktop and a Mac laptop, the kids have a Mac desktop and I have an iPhone and an iPad.

All of the devices have photos on them.

I would like a central photo storage area (my Mac desktop) where all photos that I take on my phone and iPad get synced and filed but I want my photos to be accessible on the other devices.

At the moment if I delete photos from my desktop Mac they are not being deleted from the kids Mac desktop so its getting really messy.

Enable My Photo Stream, or iCloud Photo Library to keep Photos on YOUR devices synced.
Then enable Family Sharing to allow others to see your photos.
