Sport band or nylon band for new Apple watch

I'm buying a new Apple watch (well my first Apple watch)

Should I get the sport watch our the nylon band.

Im buying a 399 series 2 just curious which band is better to start with?

The nylon band wears well the Apple Sport Watch.
