Q: Passwords not working after clean install of OS X on new hard drive

I installed a new SSD hard drive and did a clean install starting from scratch of OS X. After the OS X install I did a data transfer from an external time machine back up. Now my passwords won't work. Do I restart it, or will that loose all the data I just transferred? Help Please!

MacBook Pro, iOS 5.0.1

Your Time Machine backup will still be intact, unless you erased it.

Can you tell us about the device you are working with Model and year if possible. Also, what OS X version did you do a re-install of?
