Q: Can't use Apple Music on LTE

So i just got an iPhone SE tonight.. and I backed it up from my 5S.

Everything works good  except im still having the same issue i did on my 5s, i cant use apple music without wifi.

I know what youre thinking, go to settings > cellular and make sure its toggled on for Music.

For some reason, the only apps that appear there are facetime and wallet. This also happened on my 5S.

I also went to settings> music, and everything is toggled on for using my data.

but it just does not work unless im on wifi.
