Q: Synchronizing
Hi! Are we in 2016 or 1998? x) I bought an iPhone last year, it is the first time I plug it in my computer because I want to transfer my iPhone photos to my computer, to free space. I open up iTunes and it is asking me to synchronize my iPhone. I try to do it but it ask me to authorize my computer. I do it, then it ask me again to authorize my computer, I do it again, and it keep asking me! I followed the Apple Help and it the process, I finaly got a message saying that my computer is already authorize and by authorizing it again, I am using my 2nd allowed computer. The only action I can do is press OK. What the ****? Why would it use 2 of 5 computer authorization on the same computer? Anyways, I thought it finally worked but NO! It keep asking me to authorize my computer!!! What am I supposed to do with such idiotic program?
The last time I used iTunes was back in the days with my iPod Touch 3rd generation. It sucked so much I hated it. I was hoping it would be much better today but no! It is worst!
iPhone 5s, iOS 9.3.5

Photos do not appear in iTunes. Photos imported to the computer are imported using the import application on the computer, and would then be located in whatever location the application is set to import photos to. iTunes has nothing to do with importing photos, or storing photos.
Depending on what version of Windows you are using, there is a Windows Import utility that is used to import photos. The iPhone can only be visible in Explorer if it has photos in the Camera Roll that have not been imported to the computer in the past. You also need to have Windows AutoPlay set to recognize the device like a camera and have a specific action selected.
You may want to take a look at this support document from Apple which has information on importing photos to the computer. There is a section on Windows. Import photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
If you need more help after that, come back.
