Settings grated out
i cant hanged certain settings such as location services. TThe the whole area seems to be grated out.

I understand from your post that some of your settings are greyed out. I know how important it is for you to be able to customize your settings. First, I recommend checking to see if you have any restrictions turned on and turn them off accordingly.

If restrictions is not turned on, I recommend upgrading your iPhone software next. If you have not already, you will want to create a back up file first and then upgrade your software.
