Some mail accounts off line after upgrade to El Cap

I upgraded to El Capitan 10.11.6 and now my email accounts with my local Charter ISP are off line. My email accounts connected to my personal domains are working fine. The Charter accounts work fine on iOS. I've tried several fixes with no luck. Would appreciate some suggestions.
