Although I already back it up in my mac, it said "an error occured" during nearly the end of the of the backup-restoring process.

Already tried to search in my app store (purchased tab), mostly also disappear. I really need all those datas, expecially from my office (.xls) apps

    Any suggestion?

Hi. Did you actually update from iOS 4.3 to 9.3.5 in one step? I'd be afraid some of your old apps were not compatible with the current OS, or they may have included features that got them pulled from the app store. Are they from mainstream suppliers that you'd expect to keep updated, or were they from individual developers who may have left the scene?

Just one thought. In the app store Purchased tab, it says iPad apps in the top right. Try switching it to iPhone apps. This will show apps that don't have an iPad specific version, so they make the iPad look like a big phone. Maybe your old apps are there.

Also, try using spotlight search to look for them on your device. They might have been moved to a folder or something.
