Sep 9, 2016 10:33 AM in response to dalic84by Loner T,★HelpfulRun BC Assistant, enable the Create USB Installer and Download Software leaving the last Install/Remove option unchecked. Create a USB Installer and boot from the installer using Alt/Option key. You should be able to reset password using Command prompt.

I think I'll have to wait until it's reinstalled before I do anything with the Command prompt. Command prompt is completely broken right now.
