iTunesUnless you've jailbroken your iPad you shouldn't have anything to worry about.
If you want to clear Safari's cache and history : Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data, and after that you could also close Safari via the iPad's taskbar and do a soft-reset/reboot of the iPad
