Problem with Smartcam app

I have been using the Samsung Smartcam app for some time now. Recently, I have been unable to log in to the app while using a 3G/4G services, however, the same app works fine on Wifi (am able to log in and view the camera too). I have checked my settings-mobile data, and the same for this app is enabled. If I log in to the app from an android model, am able to log in. Please help

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.3.5
