Q: New podcast submission

I have created a new podcast and validated the RSS feed on iTunes connect. The status that I'm seeing is "prepared for submission" which is encouraging however I haven't received any confirmation email from Apple and if I close the window any trace that I have submitted a new podcast disappears. Does that mean it is pending for review by Apple and does anyone know how long it can take? Thanks

You would normally get an email acknowledging the submission - you did actually submit it, not just validate it? You could try submitting it again - you will probably be told it's already been submitted in which case it's in progress. It can take a couple of weeks or more for it to be accepted.

Thanks Roger. I think I just validated it and simply forgot to click submit button. Just did it again and everything seems in order. Thanks for the help!
