i have an ipad 2 , when i turn it on its getting stuck on the apple logo and when i conect it to power supply the itunes logo its showing up as if its connected to itunes through cable, i tried to restart it but i had no success , help me Thanks

i have an ipad 2 , when i turn it on its getting stuck on the apple logo and when i connect it to power supply the itunes logo its showing up as if its connected to itunes through cable, i tried to restart it but i had no success , even when i connect to the laptop to try to restore and update the ipad im having problems as im always getting problems with connections with different numbers . did someone encounter this problem and found a solution please Thanks alot i hoope i explained myself well 😀
